Joe has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and corporations to innovate. He was an early co-founder of StartX, an accelerator for Stanford entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Runway, Joe taught at the Kauffman Fellows Academy and was a Data Analyst Fellow at LocoMotive Labs. Joe started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and spent two years teaching bilingual math with Teach For America. Joe holds a BS in Atmosphere & Energy Engineering from Stanford University.

Katie is passionate about cross-sector collaboration, empowering entrepreneurs and using technology to facilitate positive social impact. After graduating from Harvard in 2012, Katie worked for a travel company as an International Sales Manager and oversaw the company’s sustainable income generating projects in the Fijian highlands. Before joining Runway, Katie worked at Singularity University helping corporate clients plug into Silicon Valley and identify disruptive growth opportunities.

Courtney is passionate about events and the experience they bring to their attendees. After starting her first company at age 13, she got the entrepreneurship bug. She went on to start 2 other companies throughout her time in college and Business school. Prior to Runway, she planned events and managed accounts at Booster Fuels, an on demand fuel delivery startup in Burlingame, CA. She enjoys volunteering and mentoring high school students from under-resourced communities through N.F.T.E (Network for teaching entrepreneurship). Courtney holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California.
